Help with visor?

Hi all since it has become cold my visor steams up all the time , if i dont ride with it open a touch i cant see , but then my face goes numb even with a baliclaver on.

Is it just my helmet or does this happen to every one?

it happens to most folks unless they have something like an oxford huff or fog city to prevent it....do a wee search mate as theres a few chats about it
