Got a Mazda B2000 project mini-truck on the go, something to tinker with over the winter. ____________________ aKa: Ducky |

Do you know the person who owns the motor etc? My neighbour is into his American cars so I'll mention it to him. Where's it located? ____________________ aKa: Ducky |

yeah, they are a member of the American car club down here. It is located on the Island, in the backwoods somewhere. My Dad knows exactly, but if he were to come down to collect/see it, he would prolly have to get a guide to find it
It is a 454 (7.5 litre) block, don't recall what year, a bore is scored but it is salvageable without too much work i think, there is an inline six (possibly 3.8 litre) with the camaro, it's original motor and the transmission is still in the car. the car bodywork needs a lot of work, no panel is ok etc. We were thinking of having it as a project, but the Buick came up... The Camaro needs pulling out and saving really, it's not the the most desirable model, but would make an excellent street machine for someone willing to put in work. There is also a massive set of headers in unknown condition inside the car. The rear features a large pair of rear tyres, so it is unclear if it is running the original axle, it is also running the rare original wheels.
I don't know really much about the car other than that (apparently the interior is in good condition) we only saw it in the barn it was in. ____________________ Bikes: too many, too much for one man to maintain anyway. |
