Depends where I'm going! Usually my handbag and a sidestand puck, plus all kinds of other stuff that may be useful for my destination or the point of my ride.

I don't have a tank bag, but underneath my seat I have;

A well-equiped toolkit
A full size, spare, L plate
A mobile phone
A disk lock
A torch (for night time break downs/dropped keys/anything else)
An emergency tyre-pen, for all those tarty emergencies where you need your bike looking its best Laughing (not really, it's just in there and I can't be bothered to get it out Shifty Honest..)

A battery for a Renault Laguna.

Handled a bit oddly at low speed with that clamped between your elbows. And I nearly strained something lifting it up to 'get in tankbag' height in the first place.

My gym stuff. Go to the gym before work every morning, and have to carry all my gym stuff inc trainers. Would be so much easier to get changed at home and ride in my gym gear - but aside from the safety aspect, I don't want to freeze my nads off! Shocked
