1999 Suzuki GSX600F
It's a bike that's been used and ridden. It is mechanically sound, but probably requires a bit of TLC. Paint suffers from use wear and a few stone chips.

Specs:

Length: 2,135 mm (84.1 in)
Width: 745 mm (29.3 in)
Height: 1,195 mm (47.0 in)
Seat Height: 785 mm (30.9 in)
Wheelbase: 1,470 mm (57.9 in)
Dry weight: 202 kg (445.3 lbs)
Engine type: Air/oil-cooled 599 cc inline-4, SACS, DOHC, TSCC, 16 valves. 86 hp (62.8 KW)/ 10,500 rpm, 58 Nm (5.9 kg-m)/ 9,500 rpm.
16267 miles - Petrol Engine - Manual 5 speed box - MOT 'til May 2006 - Tax 'til September 2006 - V5 Document - 4 Owners - Alphadotted

Don't want to sell, but need a new car for the kids.*

Reliable all-rounder, representing superb value for money. The full fairing, protective screen and comfortable riding position make it ideal for sports touring.

Unfairly likened to a teapot, Suzuki GSX600F is a venerable faired tourer/commuter more than capable of raising a smile.

The engine dates back to the first GSX750r of the mid 80s. It was sleeved down to 600cc and fitted with milder camshafts whilst retaining the 750s bottom end and gearbox. This means that crank and gearbox trouble are virtually unheard of on this bike. The engine is a little flat, but can be wound up to respectable performance levels by an enthusiastic rider. The gearbox is typical Suzuki sweet.

Comfort is OK for solo 12 hour days, and I'm told not bad for a pillion either.

Excellent First Bike. Ideal Commuter. Cheap to run, tax and insure.

The bike is factory standard except the clear indicator lenses. I have the originals in a box. (First photo taken before they were fitted - it looks nicer with the clear ones. Wink ) Recently fitted a new battery.
CASH ONLY for this sale. NO cheques. NO Paypal.
Positively NO haggling after sale.
