Just bung on more clothes then you won't get cold at all. You should be wearing 3 pairs of gloves, 2 pairs of socks minimum, about 4 or 5 tee shirts, a few jumpers, a scarf or balaclava, plus some under-trousers or long johns. It may take you 10 minutes to get dressed up, but you will be able to ride for hours without feeling cold Thumbs Up

then you may aswell piss down your leg, coz you aint getting that out in a hurry, won't make much differance, by the time you get home you will be able to peel it off due to it been frozen solid to ya leg Very Happy

Heated grips will keep hands warm.

2-3 very thin layers of shirts - alternatively vests are good.

Textiles with nice warm lining are ace for the legs, I dont know about the jackets - I should image they're great too though. If you keep your torso warm, your legs, arms, feet and hands will remain fairly warm - especially if you have heated grips and 2 pairs of decent socks.

My chill factor under-gloves are shite short-term. They suck up all the heat from my hands. I only use them if going for 25+miles [IE rarely]

Balaclava is ace. Er... thats it.
