Today i was riding home from my m8s ive only got a 50cc but it is still nippy as its been modded anyway some chav decided to jump out infront of me as i was riding along i woundt say i was going to fast, i pulled the front break and boy did i wish i hadnt. The bike slid then hit a kerb and flipped didnt cause to much damage as the kick start held the backend of the bike up as it slid. Only damage to me is 4 gashes in my knee got 14 stitches so not to bad.

anyone else had problems with chavs or just me ?

I've had them do that to me a few times. In a phrase, I just keep on goin'. If I'm gonna come off because of them, I hope I cause them some serious injury in the process. They all hop out the way eventually. But if you're lucky you can clobber them on your way past anyway!

Bad luck though mate, did you do anything after it happened, did they run off or what?

My problem was that when I swerved once I was too slow and missed them.

If some dickhead is stupid enough to walk out in the road on purpose they deserve to loose their legs and be stopped from doing it.

I have had someone do that to me also, i just speed up even more, they soon jump out the way, if they have any brians

Say if you did hit them and killed them, not your problem in my eyes because they jumped out infront of you and wouldn't move lol.

Last time one did it to me, he casually walked out to retrieve a football, didn't look, or even make like he was in a hurry, so i floored it and aimed to get as close to him as possible without killing him.

It seems to be a popular pastime amongst chavs, i can't say i understand the pleasure they get from it, but then i don't understand why they tuck their trousers into their socks either.
I had the same problem once with a local gang of chavs; i say once because they've not tried it again. I think that might be because when they jumped out i whacked the throttle open and aimed straight for them. They leapt back onto the pavement and gave me a bit of verbal, so i turned round, parked the bike and legged them. Got hold of one of them and told him in no uncertain terms that if he tried it again i would stuff his burberry baseball cap a great distance up his arse.

I would just clutch in, rev the bike, drop a gear and crack the throttle full open, just head for the bastards. I did have someone i know (went to primary school with em) try it. I was racing along a path on my way back home (from offroading, legally i was aloud on this path). Anyhoo, a load of neds are playing football next to the path, the one standing next to the path runs over to the path and kicks his leg out infront of the bike! I figured scince the bike was a full steel framed old BSA frame (that weighed a shit load) i just went faster . He soontook his leg back in and shouted something after me as i went past.

Oh yeah, i had wheelied when i first saw them aswell
Finished with a nice wheelslide digging my rear tyre into the turf around 6 inches

Chavs are a hazzard like anything else. I'd love to say have a handy pair of Nunchuka ready as you fly past but im not.

Slow things down by slowing down, move to a safer position, maybe more towards the centre of the road. Be prepared for the unexpected.

This doesn't just apply to those scrotes named above, kids, dogs, crazy old people, anybody and anything can be a hazzard if you let it.

I cant quite understand why the daft chav's would want to do this. I had one (who was with his mates trying to look hard) walking along the side of the road, he looked over his shoulder and saw me coming and edged out further into the road, so I just drove into him (I was in my car). He slid up the bonnet and onto the floor, was only doing about 15mph as I'd just pulled out of my car park. I think after that he realised that the big metal box would do a little more damage to him that he thought.

Like when you get them deliberatly walking slowly when crossing the road, if I hit them, tough sh*t, should have taken more notice when learning the green cross code!
