I've been checking out leathers on the net (found some interesting sites Mr. Green ) and the trouser sizes are bugging me. I'm a 32-34 waist but have a 33" inside leg but all the Leathers I look at seem to only have inside legs of 28-29" is it to do with wearing boots or summat?

Yeah, they don't need to go right down to your ankles since your boots come at least half way up your shins.

but try it from a fat blokes point of view.
you get the waist to fit and the knee padding is at your lower shin.

Find your nearest Hein Gericke, they have some great sale prices at the mo.
Got myself some heated grips for £30 yesterday.

You're best just going to a shop and trying on different sizes to find out what fits best.

You'd think. But despite having to cut about 4 inches off the legs of my 'fat bastard' trousers, the knee padding is still almost in the right place when standing up and totally in the right place when in a sportsbike crouch.

No, I don't understand how either.
