gearbox/clutch problems

My rxs100 has some strange problems.

when I start it on the stand in neutral the back wheel spins if I hold the wheel it stops but when I let go it spins again. The same thing happens in first with the clutch in. The gears have gotten really stiff esp 2nd-3rd all these problems happened over this weekend (Today was the first day i rode it since friday when it was fine)

ow mine dose that, only very slightly though, i doubt its anything to worry about, i have to be sat on a perfectly flap surface for me to even notice it trying to edge foreword
