hello, (my first post here Smile )

i have a 2001 DT125r, when im driving at high revv's or just revv the bike, it sounds like its vibrating a lot, as if everything was loose, alough the bike isnt physically vibrating. its hard to describe this in words (its done this since i bought the bike)

i have went round the bike and made sure every nut/bolt/screw is tight and no difference to the sound

when a mate is on the bike it sounds worse than when im actually on the seat with helmat on

near the end of the exhaust (where the can is joined on) theres a lot of "dodgy" welding, could this be causing it?

please help me, its quite embarrassing Sad

Could be something simple like a loose bit of metal in the exhaust rattling around in the pipe, take the pipe off and shake it around, if its not this then jst have another look round the bike. Hope this helps Dan Thumbs Up
