Touching up paint on frame...

Just wondering if anyone has any tips (or recommend any people/companies) for touching up some little areas of "rubbing" (not scratching) on a black frame?

I've taken a look at a few forums in the US, and they mention that they can get frame touch up paints from their local dealer, but when I asked here they were less helpful.

Could you lightly dust some spray paint over the scratches, then polish down the excess?

Dont know how far you are away from the South Coast but there is a bike body work shop off the A27 in Shoreham I dont know exactly where it is though!

I've had a slight problem with paint on my frame bubbling in a certain area, Im guessing its down to petrol reacting with it. I'll also be looking to get rid of the bubbly paint and touching it up.

Bubbly paint might need to be rubbed down first Josh, to save a reaction when you come to touch up the area.

Rubbed down and then Hammerite smooth black does the trick for me.
