Ive got 3 velcro strips one for the bottom and to for the sides .

Just need a little help how to get it in the centre and do i take it out everytime i put my lid on?

Not having used one, I can't help with fitting, but as far as I know, it should stay put inside the helmet, whether you're wearing it or not. Personally I prefer a Fog City visor insert.

They are bollox m8, if your helmet is a tight fit then it is a truggle, i would recommend that you search on google.com for pinlock visor, more expensive but much better.

Infact here you go:

I agree both fog city and pin lock work better (having used all 3) but I am sure that doesn't help you any if you have just bought a foggy.

I just used best judgement on getting it central. I put my lid on then stuffed the foggy inside the lid, minus the velcro, to figure out the most comfortable position then tried to remember it, then removed lid and velcroed in place.

I found it very uncomfortable to put lid on and off to start with, but the foggy did "break in" after a while and was more supple.

HTH.
