I just changed mine, from garaged to not garaged in a worse area.

They just changed it over, said there was no charge (Not even an admin fee)

Thumbs Up Thumbs Up to MCE.

I've just got off the phone with my insurance company (car): I've lost my insurance certificate and i need road tax, they want £15 for a duplicate copy! I've been with them 3 years (claim free) and this is the first time I've asked anything of them! That's such bad service!

"Admin" charges are definitely something I'm going to be asking about when it comes to renewal date!

certainly do, they even do that when you change cars, i went from a 1.4 to a 1.8 and they said no change, then my renewal came through, it changed, so i changed insurers, then got it cheaper and have stuck with them since
