when i got this bike , everyone took the piss out of it , cheap Taiwan bike ,, well i have used this bike everyday for the last six years now , , with 30.000 km on the clock , it has been a GEM of a bike , the only thing i have replaced is 2 tail lights ,,
i change the oil when i should , and have had the normal plugs brake pads etc , but it has run faultless ,, not bad for a crap bike then ,, my plan is to see how long it will last , 6 years so far , i hope to get at least 10 ,, for the bike that was not Worth having ,its not half bad Laughing

Had a kymco Zing 125.

Stunning learner bike, looks good and was incredibly reliable. Never replaced a thing on it! Done my own servicing, paid £900 for it, put on about 6k miles and sold it for £850!

Which model?

The Kymco DJ50 was EXTREMELY popular here around 1995/96.

Everyone had to had one. Front swingarm suspension, discbrake up front. Small. Bad quality.

But they went like fook. Even with just the restrictor from the stock pipe.
