installing TOBY Steering Damper

hey m8s i just picked up a slighty used toby damper, didnt come with instructions on how to install, i emailed toby them selfs with no reply yet, anybody here ever installed one, going to isntall it on my 96 gsxr 750. thanks

is it top, side or under the bottom yolk mount

I've got one attatched to the Blade, although the bike came with it so no fitting was needed. It's set to the lowest setting at the moment so isn't really being used.

Anyway, what kind of fitting kit did you get with the damper - might be able to determine what goes where from that?

d00d told me its a side mount, mounts under the tripple clamp. but i dont know what way the braket goes, the other half bolts to a whole in frame.

if its a side mount the damper bolts to the left hand side of the frame and you should have a fork clamp which obviously attache to your fork leg HTH
