Rebuilding an FZR400 (cheers again barry Very Happy ) completley from scratch and have put together a list of whats needed (alot of stuff on ebay ending in the next couple of days)

I have a manual and parts list coming from magnamanic soon too. Thumbs Up

So far i will be collecting on the weekend the frame, carbs, wiring loom, forks, swingarm, forks, wheels, subframe.

I believe i will need the following:

fairings (can leave that for a bit though)
brakes system (calipers, disks, master cylinder, brake lines)
clip ons, switch gears
throttle cable/clutch cable
cdi unit
clocks
chain and sprockets
battery
starter motor
foot rests
seat
exhaust system (downpipes, have a brand new zxr400 scorpion can i will bodge on)
rear shock
petrol tank
airbox + filter
tyres (slicks and wets Cool )
levers

Think thats it. Only thing i am unsure about is the electrics. As in what else will be needed, im sure its not just the cdi that is required. It will only be used on the track so will it even need electrics (apart from the cdi)

Cheers. Thumbs Up
