Hey guys and gals, I need to know ASAP a good machining shop
I tried chisel speed in batley, leeds as they do a quality job, unfortunately they cannot replace the sleeves.
So i need a shop that will
remove the old sleeve
bore the cylinder to fit new sleeve
fit the new sleevwe
polish new sleeve to match piston
and do a good job of it

If you guys and gals help me find one i will be the only supplier in the uk for cbr125r 160cc bore up kits so id really appreciate it and maybe give yas free shipping or something Razz thanx all

Who did you try. Chisel speed are in Barwick, PSN are in Batley which one was it? Either way both or two stoke specialists. I would try someone like Big CC, TTS or Straightline Racing if I were you.

Wonder if any of them do their own work?

I know who used to build cranks for TTS and pretty sure I know who used to do their heads back when they were any good.

Most companies farm the work out. I would use PJ engineering myself as they do quality work or CNS in Tottenham nth London who build race TVR V8's.

PJ Engineering

Don't forget deck height either.
