Im giving some serious thought to an 06 R6 as my next bike

The choice that befalls me is one that ....... ah balls..... blue or black guys ??

Black just gives it that stealthy look to it like the cops rader guns will not pick it up sorta jet stealthy

Nah black definitely, it suits the bike very well. Although if they'd gone with a bit more bling like Kawasaki have (gold all over the shop) it might be a bit nicer, aesthetically. Still, black.

The older R6 looks good in blue, but as said before that blue just looks tacky. The white graphics look nasty. Not sure if it's the colour of the image that's changed but I hope it's not realistic.

I don't like the pointy beak sucking on a lemon face of the new R6 or 1 but the black colourscheme seems to get away with it.

Just a quick note....

The American R6 from a couple of years ago was in the same black paint scheme, but it had silver flames on the bottom of the fairing. That was very nice

I had a look at them the other day in CMC, and the blue colour doesn't match its design imo. The black looks right, the blue looks odd. Then and again, that's mostly because I can't stand that pointy pointy thing they've done with the nose and black tones it down a bit.

i would say black if the bike was next to me cause thats how u could appreciate the defination on the bike. in the pic u cant see much blue looks sweet it shows its body in full glory.

Black is my favorite colour in the new R6 by far!!!!

People really need to see one in real life to see how fit it is in black and not rely on a pic! It looks so much sexier in black
