need help with my nc30

need help please,
i let my little bro on my bike
i shown him how to do it,he put clutch on ,put it in 1st then let the clutch out slowly to go,,how its done,the problem is he stalled the bike 3times,then after that,the bike cut out and a bit of smoke/steam came out of what seemed the front of the bike, then i tryed starting it and it wont catch, its turning over and nearly catching but isnst catching just right to start it up,the throttle was used alot during this progress aswell,
any help please?t

Has it been running normally previously?

sounds puzzling, when did it last have a service? & especially a new set of spark plugs?
