BBC wrote:
Evans also told the jury that as he waited at a junction, two motorbikes sped past him just 10ft apart.

"They were the fastest motorbikes I had ever seen out on a Sunday", he said.

"The only way I can describe it is that it was like standing next to a racetrack."

One would have to ask why he pulled out into traffic to carelessly then! Sad

Wonder what sentence he'll get?

Right. Pulling out into a convoy of bikes makes it their fault. Cvnt.

Pissed as a fart, driving his car, crashes into a bike, then wandered off into a field and falls alseep.

"Honest your honour, I had 1 Guiness and 'some' red wine".

I'm sure his Job and the fact he's 'upper class' will mean he gets a slap on the wrist and a two week ban.

I'd happily kill the c*nt with my bare hands if we ever came face to face.

Dont you just love british justice!

I just dont understand

If it was like standing next to a race track, he obviously knew they were there, so why frackin pull out?! Where was his son during all this? Didnt him or his friend watch him supposedly 'wander off'?! I would also belive the guy was over the limit, because who wouldent drink to a toast?! And also, i think if he was unconsious in a field, i think 2 dog units and a helicopter MIGHT have been able to find him. Plus why would he have went unconsious if he was perfectly sober.

Smells like Bullshit
I hope he gets what he deserves

Perhaps an e-mail to info@tinopolis.com with a FAO Dafydd Evans, is in order.

Then you could tell him what a twat he is yourself rather than ranting on here, that will do no good for anyone. Confused

Is causing death by dangerous driving not a 12 year sentence or something?

He could probably convince a jury that the bikes had been going too fast for him to see them coming. However fleeing the scene almost as if he didnt want to get breath tested, really should shout guilty.

Anyone can make an error of judgment but if you were pissed and made an error of judgement, you allowed yourself to become unable judge situations properly.

Its not as if he couldnt afford to leave the car and get a taxi home.

Im sure hes got a good lawyer though and our system is that the man with the most money gets the best lawyer and so it more likely to get away with murder. A joyrider would get sent down for years if he killed someone (and good thing too), this bloke will probably get a suspended sentence and lose his license.

In the driver's defense that junction is awful - very difficult to see out of, and to a certain extent you have to creep out and hope someone stops.

However, that in now way justifies just pulling straight out onto a road where he was already aware that there were bike coming past.

I'm guessing he was a bit tipsy, and was driving on auto pilot. Thumbs Down

I hope that he can take responsibility for killing this young man.

Christening, Champagne, few snacks a glass of red and a pint of gunnies.
Take your son in the car for the journey home, under the influence, saw some speeding bikes at a junction in convoy.
Smack!
You pull out on blind faith, you’re pissed, a bloke dies, and you run into a field have a piss and pass out.

Don’t drink and drive, unless you an exec then you can lie. Evil or Very Mad Middle Finger
