I'm quite new to supermoto concept and I would like some tips on how to make the rear wheal slide.I have tried but definately I'm missing something here,

actually on the streets but I'm not seeking into doing this regularly,I just want to know the way to do it.Perhaps I'haven't met corners that allow sliding,please give me some info

Backing it in is usually achieved via going down one too many gears, then using the clutch to limit the engine revs and make the rear wheel spin slower than it should be at that speed, thus breaking traction. On the road it could lead to allsorts of injuries, but hey, go for it!

Sliding on the way out? Be stupid with the throttle.

Slide as in slide mid corner or backing it in? If you wanna slide mid corner, go round it as fast as you can and twat the throttle open mid way round. Tell us the results.

or you could go to a deserted car park when its wet and ride round in circles playing with the throttle.

If you have to ask, then you shouldnt be trying it, imo..

Get yourself on a crosser, you'll soon learn to control a rear wheel slide properly. And it doesnt hurt as much when you fall off.. Cool

I always loose my beck end on the DT125X when coming out a corner leaning just wack the throttle on at high revs and feel the back end slid lol i love it Twisted Evil

slipper cutch bang it down about 3-4 gears hard on the front brakes and just let it slide theirs not much weight over the rear so its a bit tricky at first,takes a bita gettin used to Laughing
