PostPosted: 15:35 - 05 Mar 2006    Post subject: M1 Chaos.Beware of a rasta raghead in a black hyundai tucson Reply with quote

Some impatient rasta raghead incestuous clanbashing fucker tried to run me off my bike today on the M1. I was on the 40mph limit at lecester where the contraflow is and sitting happily in the fast lane keeping my distance with the vehicle in front and parallel to the vehicle in my left lane. Not having a working speedo meant that it was imperitive that i kept my distance etc.

Then all of a sudden, some gay cunt fucker blinds me with high beam doing 60. Now i have no where to go other than the opposing traffic or a BMW door. This black dude and his equally retarded and mal-educated family were now up my arse and i knew the last set of cameras were up ahead. So I kept to my 40 because of the car in front.

When the road conditions reached normal speed limits. The guy tried to undertake me, so i looked to my left to see what he was on about, then i see him giving me all sorts of gestures and his wife shouting at me. I don't know whether it was in his upbringing to teach his kids to swear at other road users too, but what happend next shocked me.

The guy drew beside me and then swirved deliberately into my lane. I had to pull nearly onto the central reservation but decided fuck that, i'm not going to risk getting killed by a reckless, impatient, ill educated worthless driver. As soon as the roads clear, i was willing to get stopped by the police so that i can stay away from that fucker. Eventually i saw him as a distant glint in my mirror, but the dickhead was matching every move i was doing. So every lane change i did, he mirrored.

I thought, 2 junctions left till Loughborough and i'm not going to tolerate such dangerous driving. I made a beeline for the A46 exit and nestled between two lorries just biding my time. Then this fucking N*gger of a prick decides to swirve between the two lorries and has me on the hard shoulder. At this point other road users were aware of what was happening and was flashing at us, but had an accident happened, they would have probably taken the driver's point of view as opposed to mine. All i was trying to do was to keep to the speed limit and preserve my license.

Anyway my rant is over and i hope him and his family are in their car, overturned in sheffield. I don't care if his little kids sustain injuries as they should HAVE NOT been gesticulating at me in such a manner and his wife should have tried her best to calm her husband down instead of goading him on. So Dear God, my Lentern wish is for you to overturn a Black Hyundai Tucson with its occupants to makes sure that other road users are safe.

Guys, springs around the corner so seriously DO keep your eyes peeled

Report the fucker to the police before he kills someone. If they get enough reports, they will do something about it. Noone reports him he will carry on like that.

Phone the police NOW, i'd be astounded if you didn't pass half a million cctv cameras on the way, they will have him for reckless/dangerous even attempted manslaughter (considering theres a very real chance he could have killed you and from their point of view intensionaly)

Even if its on false plates they (the traffic police) will know to look out for it

I agree with stinkwheel and be on the phone to plod asap, although in situations like that his reg plate would be the last thing on your mind - self preservation more like Confused - and for his kids to get involved - well I despair Rolling Eyes

I know that phoning the police might all be well and good, but I'd also be in the wrong. I think that trying to distance myself from him, i had to do at least 100mph+ which would put me in a similar situation and there is no reson in hell why that sort of speed is necessary. I'm just hoping that the silver car that flahsed at him was an unmarked police car, but as it stands, i have no direct evidence and i don't fancy hassling the leicestershire constabulary so that they'd trawl through hours of CCTV. I don't really feel for incriminating myself but i also feel that the police will shove the stuff under a pile of tripe. My only possible suggestion is that had i gone down, it would have been the end of him and i'd like to have seen him in court. But nothing happened at the end of the day other than 2 pre-motivated near misses.

I'll put it down to experience and say that i did the right thing in riding defensively rather than dead.

They will if you tell them you think he was drunk. Wink

You get as many brownie points for catching a drunk driver as you do for catching a rapist. It means they can take the rest of the week off sitting in their car eating doughnuts and still be on target for the month.

It isn't hassling the police, it's providing them with the information they need to deal with pricks like him.

CCTV won't provide them with any evidence re. your speed, and even if it did, the fact he deliberately tried to run you off the road and was mirroring your movements rids you of the need to follow the old "slow down and let them pass" advice.

Get on the phone to the Babylon and get them to look into this fella. If nothing else, they'll have his reg. logged so that the next time he acts like a tosser and gets reported, there is a clear pattern of behaviour that can assist any conviction.

With any luck, someone as dangerous a driver as that has got other charges outstanding against him, and your report might do more than 'just' get a dangerous fool off the road.

And even if they did have a go at you for speeding ( which they WONT considering the reason you was speeding... ) its better than feeling guilty because you read the paper the next day to find out a 17 year old kid was knocked off his bike and killed by this dirty smelly raghead

Personally for me i would have been a Toe slider shaped dent, followed by a large scratch down his ever so special BMW - Before hastly pegging it off the next exit.

I think there is definately something with BMW drivers as i have had situations with them Deliberately running me off the road - Sometimes even with my g/f on the back.

I now give every BMW i see behind me all the space they want, because im scared you say? Nope - Just because they need all the space they can, as they obviously cannot drive to save their lives.

Noobs. Laughing

Report him, and I think that way if he gets pulled the computer that the coppers use to check details will come up with a dangerous driving note, and they're likely to do him for any little things which would normally be a producer.

Shocked That sounds like something out of an action film. I would have been absolutely petrified, it sounds like he was seriously trying to kill you. I agree that you should phone the police on this, if not for your sense of justice if he is caught, then for the prevention of other people falling victim to this guy. To me, that goes down as attempted murder.

I've decided to leave it at that.Whether or not i think it's a death threat or not, reporting to the police will mean that i'd run the risk of incriminating myself. The police might not do anything about it, but the fact that i have stated that i was doing more than the legal speed limit to get away will just land me in the shits. So basically, i'm just advising all other riders to be wary when in the speed limited roadworks.

You're legally allowed to do whatever speed you wish in situations where you have to get away from something like that, by the way.

There's a posh name for it, "driving blaaah", I can't remember it.

I know this sounds harsh, but you could have just pulled over on to the hard shoulder and stopped suddenly, i'm sure he would have realised he couldn't do a U-Turn on the motorway.

You were fuelled by adrenaline and had used the flight technique, which i'm sure in that situation I probably would have done, but you could have killed yourself.

Report him ASAP.

Another vote for report him!

Just out of interest the road works is that in the 40mph limit? If so their SPEC's cameras therefore bikes cannot be caught by them.

When I have come across roadworks on the M1 before, they have used temporary SPECs cameras rather than traditional speed cameras. Dunno if that's the case on these roadworks though?
