Well and truly impressed with wemotos service...

Asked a few questions about Chain and Sprockets for my bike and got this in response:

Hi Toby
I remember
Haynes are prone to
not giving detail
" Remove unit"

any problems ring and ask for
Paul Young who is our mechanic
01273 726678

Allow lots time
Try to have all tool near you

lots of crud round chain and sprockets
clean of so you can see what you are doing

be careful
when using force
make sure that when it lets go
your knuckles don't connect with metal
it hurts !

Bought my front pads from them about 2 weeks ago, more than helpful when the website wasn't working correctly!

Yep, I use them for most of my bike parts. Delivery is aways reasonable and never delayed. Only if they haven't got the part in stock.

Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

They were 2 days late in delivering my battery, so they put an Ogri video in there.

I've used them before, good bunch. Seem to offer a more personal service than busters or mandp, and they get the orders right too, which is a bonus.

As I said,

I ordered a battery on Friday, emailed them on Tuesday just to ask when I can expect it,

Sent me a long apology and threw a VHS copy of Ogri into the package too, also gave me long instructions on how to put the battery acid in the battery and gave me his phone number to call him if I ever had problems.

Seemed genuinley concerned for my safety,

Won't use anyone else now.
