How can i derestrict it is it all mechanical like earlier bikes or is it electronic.Thanks

Exhaust,
small plate in between inlet manifold and reed valve(take out).
Dont forget to upjet your carb if your going to de-restrict.

yes , indeed . this number is on a label between the yokes , give me this number and i will tell you everything on your bike , providing the previous owner has not made any modifications
