If your Over 17 with Provisional and CBT then you can ride a 125cc on L plates and are not allowed to carry passengers.

You will need to do a CBT to be able to ride on the road (with L plates), as you've only got provisional motorbike entitlement, best check the paper part of your licence to see if category A is there under the provisional bit.

If you wish to take your bike test you will need to do another theory test and then best way would be to book a DAS course + test. Which would allow you to ride any sized bike
