how many miles has it done? i would check the compression maybe it needs a new top end any way! also is the oil pump timed correctly. As its unfaired i would give the wiring loom a check as water could have got into the terminals some where.

the propellar (1) can be damaged and pump cover (4) where the propellar turn inside . buy some sealing pasta , take of the cover and have a good look at your pump . you also have a special seal (3) behind the propellar , look if it's in good condition (cooling liquid may leak inside the bottom end) . if all is ok , put slightly pasta on (5) and refit . otherwise call DSS 01728 833020 to order spares
