I was thinking of getting my wheels done, but after I saw a few threads on the forum during the week I thought I might aswell save some cash and give it a go myself, and if it doesnt come off then ill go and get them done anyway. So yesterday I went and bought everything I was told and heres how the bike stand tonight!

What does everyone think? Will have the back done by Monday I hope!

Jon

TBH i don't think that the polished rims look good on the bike in its current state, to fit in i think the bandit needs to look a bit more streetfighterish, maybe some renthal bars and something a bit less standard (apart from the can and the seat). for rims to work i think the bike needs to look mean

Agreed, that bike is crying out for a big wide set of Renthal drag bars with a slight kick-back on them.

I did but just washed it off with a bit of water. Didn't do any harm and those tyres are long gone!

Polished if it is a show/rally type bike. If it is not then I would of stuck with black as it looks less dirty when it is dirty however it is a transformation from the black. It is a very good job.

That looks cool Thumbs Up How long did it take you to get it polished like that? and whats the edge of the paint like, and furryness?

Looks very nice polished with black spokes. That seat really improve's the bandit's looks, they normally just look boring as hell.
