Will a bike pass an M.O.T with the blue lights as number plate lights?

I think blue lights are considered bad anyway due to 'impersonating an officer' thing. Although that light looks more white than blue?

Yep you do and it has to be white, one of the exceptions of showing other than red to the rear, the other main one is the indicators.

Same reason they sell small numberplates, for show use only. You definitely can't have blue lights showing.

You can if fact be stopped and charged for displaying red lights on the top and the front of your vehicle, and blue lights anywhere on your vehicle.
If you have your plate lit by a blue light, expect the attention of the local bobby if he sees you at night time.
