He released a CD of his musical influences a couple of years ago which is also pretty good. Called under the Influence.

yeah, remixes of the spheres, i know its been out a while but i forgot about it.Saw it today for £7.99 and got it.
Now all i need is a big bag of weed.
I think some of his solo stuff is easily as good as the stone roses.

F.E.A.R. is a great tune. I'm quite a big U.N.K.L.E fan too, so their remix of it is up there as one of my favourites.

He's an ugly fucker who can't sing and can't dance but by f*ck I absolutely love the guy. F*cking genius and pure culture icon. Any member of the stone roses is god in my eyes as the roses were my favourite band at the zenith of my mad teenage years.

I've seen Ian Brown three times now and hes great. He always pulls a crowd of hardcore supporters too. I expect him to be around for many many years to come.
