yes use BR9EIX during cold weather, then change them during summer to br10.
I was told to change to br9 and it works a treat, expensive but worth it, and they last for about 10,000 miles unlike the normal ones that are 2,000.
starts up much better too.
Baz. Thumbs Up

I second that, Iridium plugs are worth the money, far better starting and running.

I have bought these plug's everyone is going on about and they do indeed make the engine run smoother and pick up from gear changes are smoother and the top end around 10,000 rev's the engine keep's on pumping even into the red line of 11,000.
I went to pick them up and had the old plug's in that the hand book and honda recommend and even at these rev's the engine seemed as if someone was holding you back then letting go,kinda stuttering now with the iridium plugs in ZOOOMMMMMMM,but boy was it cold out tonight brrrrrrrrrrrrrr freezing my hands and feet were numb thought my fingers were gonna drop off.but the rest of me was warm or comfortable.so over the weekend I will test the new plug's out some more
