W400 was released in japan

W400 (small version of W650) has come to japanese market.
bore x stroke : 72.0×83.0 was resized to 72.0×49.0
powerdowned from 48ps to 29ps.
basically same body with W650 but
seat was lowered from 800mm to 765mm
handlebar was changed to semi-up
no kick starter
no center stand
This model is for 400cc licence users for us.
