Get some kitchen roll and keep dabbing it, then give it a good wipe.

If it gets everywhere, then try some 'hammerite metal de-greaser' and kitchen roll. It comes in a pump spray and is the kindest effective degreaser I have found - you can use it on your tyres/plastic etc and no harm will come of it.
