Had a bit of a shitty day today. I've been suffering with a bit of toothache over the weekend so I had to try to get a dentist appointment today. After looking on the NHS website it became apparent that finding one wasn't going to be easy. Out of 35 local practices none of them are taking on new patients. As I've not been for a few years my name isn't on the books of the one I used in the past so it looked like I wasn't going to get to see one.
After a few calls I managed to get booked in at the emergency dentist. I went to see him and the outcome was an extraction... ...Not good.
Anyway, I stopped off at the newsagents on the way home and bought a copy of Motorcycle Racer to try to take my mind off things.
I opened it up when I got home, and was surprised to see my own name on the letters page!. I've won a dvd. Thats made my day that has. I'm chuffed to bits!. Its ages since I won anything.
