Only one way to be sure - get it run up on a dyno. It might cost £30 or so, but it's peace of mind.

If its just the slip on can I wouldn't overly worry.

Ive had my micron on for over 10k miles now and Ive had no problems and at the last service everything seemed in order.

If you wanted to get it thrown on a rolling road and get it checked like above shouldn't cost too much, or you could do a nice simple check of the spark plugs and make sure they aint showing signs of running lean etc.

Probably not going to tell you that much as it could quite happily run ultra lean at some revs and ultra rich at others.

Safest just to dyno it, although as said you are quite possibly OK with just a noisy can.

All the best
