Barking Dog.

Hi.

This is a rant and me seeking advice.

Nextdoor but one have a dog. A small white one, which is let out every night, between 10:30pm and 11:30pm without fail. It barks and yaps for at least an hour and is annoying as f**k.

Any advice on who to complain to? The neighbours will tell me where to go if I ask them to shut it up, because she thinks she is the dogs danglies.

Don't be a fanny and complain to your neighbour. If she tell you where to go then complain to the council.
I think that simply reporting her to the council is a bit spineless.

You could always borrow it rub a bit of mud into its fur cut out a few handfulls of fur and give it to the rspca as an abandoned dog.

Hi,

Complain to the neighbour first if you can, Then the council. The council will ask for a diary of dates and times so start making one.
They can be quite helpful
