Just a quickie - is it recomended to support the bike so it's off its rear suspension to adjust rideheight (it's a nut/lock nut setup) or can I do it with the bike in situe?

Either on or off the ground, but it might be easier with some weight off the back wheel.

I think that the only problem with the ohlins is when you try to measure sag, the spring affects negative sag which means you should remove it from the bike. Always happy to be corrected.

The sag's already been setup by Kais (to my bodyweight). The bike sits a little too upright for my liking when on the sidestand, thought I'd give it a couple of mm more ride height - it's a lot lower than standard atm (the front even more so).

Your probably already aware but just in case, remember lifting the back will affect the steering. As the front been lowered through the headstock?

Nope, front has been lowered due to Ohlins fork springs.
