Where does this bit go?? ZZR600

Hey, Question for a mate.

Hes got a ZZR600 ('g' reg i think) basically hes stripped alot of it down, not sure what hes done but he asked me to look at the carbs

basically ive draw a diagram of the carbs and tubes, the 2 and 3 are linked (looks like tube on the vacuum things?) and 1 and 4 are linked but theres a 'T' joint between and the pipe goes no where

Does this pipe connect newhere or is it a beather of some type, it has no jubilee on it and doesnt look like it has been on nething.

Vacuum tap? It must go somewhere or pots 1 and 4 would run piss weak I'd have thought?

It goes to the back of the fuel tap, next to the main fuel line.
