Yeah the bike isn't officially unveiled until Thursday evening, so those images are probably be the work of some bloke hunched over a keyboard. One hell of a nice looking bike though.

finally they get a big sponsor! Thumbs Up great news for suzuki i think- who are small compared to honda and yamaha, and need to work harder because of a smaller budget!
now how about someone sponsoring kawasaki...or even wcm! are they even going to ride this year?
nice pics of the suzook but i doubt it will look that nice-sponsors mostly always spoil a bikes looks.

It'll be even nicer if Hopper gets some results on it this year.

Alway's liked the fact that Suzuki had their own colour's at some point in most season's. The bike's look more complete and generally classier.

Same with Honda when they run a wild card RCV at Suzuka and/or Motegi.

Not keen on that, looks like a toy. Is it made from Lego?

I know I'm a picky bar steward, but aren't MotoGP bikes supposed to look just as fast warming up in the pits that they do screaming down Mugello's start/finish stright at 210mph?

Just not trick enough for my liking.

Is it just me that thinks the air intake looks a bit like a Storm Trooper mask?

Looking fast is about the best suzuki can hope for i'm afraid. From what I read they're about 15kph down on the hondas.

The hugger? Not quite sure what you mean, it's a weird image. Should have some 'proper' pics available Friday morning I would think.

no the flat metal panel coming down from the seat unit. Looks connected to the end of the exhaust and the brake lever...

i think the real version will either look stunning or an absolute pig. thats how sponsors are!

A hanger for the lower exhaust and looks like it also act's as a heat shield for the exhaust that exits under the seat.

I'd hate to think that MotoGP paves the way in styling as well as future road bike technology.

A paintjob is a paintjob, they usaully change 3-4 times in one season in the suzuli garage. Im glad the team have some good money thrown at them they should have the ability to catch up now and get a win or some podiums. the bike has been revised for more power. handling is alway something that can be sorted alot more quickly if they find problems power isnt something that can sorted quickly.

Sorry, but I disagree; Good luck to Hopkins and Vermulen, but the top grid runners are a couple of years ahead of the Suzuki; if not, why did Rossi head for the next best team - could he have done the same on the Proton?

Power is nothing without control - you don't 'sort' these bikes with a few clicks of preload. It takes good riders and quite a bit of Yen to get them anywhere near front runner pace - and let's not forget they need to maintain that over 25 laps or so.

It's a shame, as MotoGP might turn into an F1 precession; what with massive technological advances to tame the engines (especially next year with the 800s coming in). The team with the most money usually end up as the front runners (especially if Rossi goes to 4 wheels).
