Hi, my housemate has just told me he's moving so I'm looking for a person to share the house with.

It's a fairly new 2 bedroom terraced house in a quiet cul-de-sac with a garage and garden.

It's £400pcm each + bills, no tube but lots of buses and not too far from the train Stations.

It's becoing availible in approximately 4/8 weeks and you will need the usual references/deposit etc.

Do you know roughly how much the bills come to each month? Is the garage big, I'm housing two bikes at the moment...

I'm not that far away, live with my parents in Beckenham, not too far from Crystal Palace Park...
