Anybody got advice on my shoei helmet inside the lid there is a foam mesh at the top of the helmet that sits directly on top of your head for some reason it has started to leave loads of black bits on my hair once worn, can it be replaced it is glued in? or is there anything you can spray on it? Confused

What ever you do, don't glue a new piece in without some serious research. I suspect there are very few glues that won't destroy the polystyrene inner shell in one way or another.

Like Black Knight said, take the lining out and give it all a good wash.

Possibly alight brush over aswell with a dry nail brush just to remove the loose bits.

Thats a good point. I always wear something under my helmet, like a buff or EDZ liner, which gets thrown in the wash every couple of rides.

You could just try that, and ignore the self destructing foam Thumbs Up
