When I do a fast start from the lights, my oil light somtimes flashes, my oil tank is half full, but I will fill it up tomorrow.

Im just worried that I might be damaging the engine, is this possible?

Shouldn't worry about it mate, the same thing happened to me all the time when the oil was half full and I pulled off fast. This is when I had my Yamaha YQ100 (aerox). It's just the oil moving away from the sensor due to the acceleration, you'll notice that it won't happen when your oil is full Thumbs Up

But if it does I should get it checked out to be on the safe side Thumbs Up Smile

Yea, I was just wondering, because people say that you shouldnt wheelie bikes for a long time as the oil dosnt get into the engine... well accelerating hard is kinda like wheelieing so..... Oh and another reason why im so paranoid is because its an RS 125 and I want it to stay in good condition.

Mine used to do that if I went over a bump and the oil was low. Was very distracting at night! Just top it up soon, and it should be fine.

Thats on bikes with seperate oil flow. Your rs has the oil premixed with the petrol so as long as it is being supplied with petrol it is being supplied with oil.
