For those scooter haters who clicked on this by mistake, press the back button on your browser now! No need to down rate this post.

For anyone still reading this, here are my two scooters. My first is a Runner VX125 (4 stroke) aka the Jogger, gets me to work and back etc, not that quick, but its pretty practical for getting about on.

https://www.divuk83.net/images/bike/zorstec1.jpg

I bought it cheap as a bit of a project from RS Bikes last year. It used to look like this:

https://www.divuk83.net/images/bike/VX125YN53.jpg

Pretty much everything had been repaired or replace. Just waiting on some Goodridge Stainless lines and its almost done.

Other scooter is an Italjet Dragster. Its more something for the weekend than a commuter! Though I did used to use it to go to work on. Its not as practical as it was but its pretty nippy. Pre-mixed fuel, the fact that it can't be driven slow and wheelspins in wet weather make it crap for winter! Its sat in my garage at the mo waiting for summer.

The Jogger is making 16hp at the wheel and the Wacky Racer is doing 25hp at the wheel.

Love the exhaust on the jogger. There'd be a huge market for selling big bike looky-likey exhausts for all the ped-bois out there.

The italjet just looks mean!

yeah good job on the first one
i ride a big cruiser-style 250 scooter with a big front fairing that can cruise on the motorways but is still nimble in town

im a bit curious about that italjet fast thing. i wdnt mind having a go on one one day.although the styling is a bit ott on that one for me.

25bhp on the Dragster! That's pretty impressive! Surprised

Very nicely done, I agree about the exhaust on the first one. Looks very 'big bike' ish. Smile

Cheers Guys, pipe on the jogger was made by Zorstec in Bradford. Quite pleased with it myself. If you ever need a pipe making up to your specification I would definately recomend them.
