I bought this from this shop. This RR temp meter costed me round 10,000yen.
This RR meter is made in Germany. Manager of this shop imported from Germany by himself.

I googled maker of this gadget.

seems to be 49.95 euros in germany.

I translate explanation by Nagoya shop.
"This gadget is imported directly from Germany. Accuracy is good. Just remove oil filler cap and attach this gadget instead. Very easy. After engine warmed up, you can rotate the meter part of this gadget slowly so that you can read the gauge easily.
