No, not from *that* .
From too much DIYing actually .
After much use of an electric drill I lost pretty much all power from my right hand on Sunday night.
I've got most of the power back, but I've got lots stuff to do still .
Any suggestions on;
Ways to stop this happening while still using an electric drill?
Ways to help recover after this has happened?
Ways to strengthen my hand/wrist to stop it happening in future.
It's especailly bad on my index finger, which isn't too great for hard braking .
The plan was to get myself into a half decent shape for the race season. A week and a half to go and I'm in pretty terrible condition now . |

I was going to say, it sounds like circulation to your hand has been cut off slightly.
It sounds pretty standard, I can remember it happening to me on many occasions when I was helping build our extension. Digging the foundations for one.
Try flexing your fist a lot, get the circulation running nice and strong. Is the hand cold as well as weak? |
