1) In taking a nutrition supplement?? I am hopefully going into the Royal Marines next year and have started to do their recommended training, BUT i am i turning skinny as am not doing as much weights as i did previously.
2) In questioning yourself? In respect of your own abilities, like "will I be good enough, am i ready, is there someone better than me, what if i fail"....you know that sort of lark.
In fact i suppose its more like doubting.
Just wondering. Thanks.x ____________________ https://www.facebook.com/p/Francis-Lloyd_Cummings/630915297

there will be people better than you guaranteed, you will probly come across people that seem almost superhum compared to yourself
they have given you the minimum standards for entry i assume, meet those standards and a bit more, follow their fitness programme to the letter
if you are at the entry standard when you enter, or slightly beyond, then you are capable of everything they will require of you, and they will take you (kicking and screaming, if necessary) the rest of the way, they will feed you the necessary to do it even though it may not feel like it, and it will be hard but if youve done your bit then they will see that and give you all the help you need to meet their standard
and as long as you want it and give it 100% there shouldnt be a problem
on the other hand a lot dont make it, and some people just arent capable of it
fuck the supplements off, you wont have supplements in a 24 hour ration pack ____________________ So in other words, he stopped you for being flagrantly in posession of a motorcycle in direct contravention of the Hippies, Darkies and People Whose Face I Don't Like The Look of (Police Powers) Act. 1976 |

can make it both harder and easier
recieving letters during your basic training will sometimes give you that kick that you need, but other times it can be a right downer reminding you of the better places you could be. probly be easiest to cope if you know you have nowhere else to be, believe me when i tell you, you cant do a forces career waiting for the next time you go home, you have to want to be there
given that basic training is 36 weeks for royal marines i would say, that it would put a strain on things, but depends on the individual
time is the only way to tell on that, youd want to make sure she is clear on the commitments, i.e. heavy restrictions on mobile phone use
navy is obviously slightly different but we were only allowed ours 1 days a week for 10 weeks, so things like that need to be pointed out, otherwise you will spend your time stressing about other stuff, when you need to be focused 100% on the training ____________________ So in other words, he stopped you for being flagrantly in posession of a motorcycle in direct contravention of the Hippies, Darkies and People Whose Face I Don't Like The Look of (Police Powers) Act. 1976 |

Seriously, don't bother with suppliments.
Eat a good varied diet, with plenty of protein and carbohydrates, but not at the expense of anything else.
You need loads of fruit and veg, fish, chicken, red meats and pasta, but keep it varied. Make syre you are really well hydrated aswell.
I left the RAF partly due to a girl, so make sure you don't get a clingy one! You can't avoid women just because you are serving, non of the services expect you to take a vow of chastity, but keeping focus during the thirty odd week course is absolutely 100% essential.
Good luck, and train hard. The harder you do it now, the easier it will be when it counts. ____________________ "THOSE WHO RISK NOTHING, DO NOTHING, ACHIEVE NOTHING, BECOME NOTHING." |
