nightmare i get chillblains on my feet and there really sore. especially when i have been driving all day and they numb and i know they are going flare up the next day. there dosnt seem to be a cure for this and old people only seem to get it and i am only 24! i wear thermal socks and try my best but its not working Sad

had them for about a year now even in the summer and now my hands are starting to Sad

you would think i was in antartica here!

This is how my mum cured hers.

It sounds like an old wives tale, but it really did work.

Take one old washing up bowl big enough to put both feet in side by side. Piss in the bowl. Soak feet in the piss for about 15 minutes. Wash feet, throw piss away and wash bowl.

This is truly not a wind-up!

i suffer with them quite badly too-apparently you normally get them on your ears but i've had one on each of my little toes for about five years now...and they drive me mad so thanks for the info guys-i'll see if the piss idea works!

i have had mine for about a year and my toes are really bad! like loads of sores. cant feel them at the moment just off the bike. am going to try the piss but not tell other half as i will be ejected from the bed.

Piss will help,don't just do it as a one off though,best to do it regular. Its a technique often used by hikers/runners/army to harden the skin which for you can lead to better insulation, and obviously less blisters Wink

I use to work in walk in freezers and had them all the time ,I use to piss on my hands and feet in the shower and let them soak a while . Vitamin K for chilblanes works great but think they stopped making it ! (It improves you circulation which is what you need to try and do )

I still got them when I changed jobs ,also had them in the summer like you too .

I seem to have grown out of them now so maybe you will too !
