Online tax renewal

Got my tax renewal through the post for the KLE, and started the annual search for the elusive V5 and cover note, but to no avail.

Then I had the great idea of actually opening the letter to see that you can now do it online. So, I jumped on the web, and 5 minutes later my tax is in the post, the insurance is checked electronically!!!

So, new tax, and no flaming post office que, or que jumping Grannies fighting for their pension to get to bingo on time!

For once, the government had a good idea!

Yeah, it is a good idea.

I hate the post office, absolute hate them, mass queue and one person serving.

Loads of people queing for pensions/dole etc.

Its bloody madness, back in 1993 when I was on the dole after leaving UNI and getting a job. You could get your money paid in to your bank account, that's what I did. ie 13 years ago.

These people must just sadists or something, why the f**k queue up, when it can just go straight in to your bank account and you can get it out at any cash machine, or switch it etc. Nutters
