We have aquired about 4 caravans on the road just outside my work.

Proper Irish pikies with the sterotypical accent.

They're kids (3-10yo) are running about all over the road. They're taking up half the road in some points with vans parked there and there's rubbish everywhere.

Apparantly they told the hotel opposite us that they would go away if they gave them a load of money - fat chance as it's not doing very well.

we see a lot of pikey scum. they work in teams an think nothing of teaching the younger kids to cause showroom distractions whilst the older kids nick anything that is not nailed down.

After a couple of years you get to recognise the clothes, the standard pikey hair cut and no joke the smell, it's amazing to watch shop staff go in to high alert at the slightest whiff of a pikey.

We've even had them borrow a demonstrator, canibilise it for parts for their own vehicles.
kids as young as 12-14 driving cars around and the police will not touch them for fear of reprise.

It's not so much fear of reprisal from the pikeys, as fear of being accused of racism.

I fail to see why someone's right to live as they wish is not subject to the laws the rest of us have enforced against us.

The legal system works in these people's favour despite the fact they contribute nothing to the society that pays for it, and take so much!

If they enjoy the nomadic lifestyle so much, they should sod off to the middle east and live with the Bedouin. Do-gooders complain that everyone hates pikeys for no reason - the simple fact is that no matter where you live in this country, rich or poor, you are likely to have witnessed at least one negative incident involving them.

Its a nightmare when a gypsy is taken ill in hospital. They pay no respect to anything or anybody. The rules are '2 visitors to a bed', not 2 dozen.

The family dynamics are strange with some people not talking to some relatives, including brothers and sisters . This makes phone calls funny when passing on messages.

We have them camping in the car parks, other departments and in corridors. Its like a scene form Snatch .

Not that they are theiving scum, but we did catch one trying to remove a TV from the wall

i have a friend who is a copper who tells me things sometimes

there was a gypo wedding at a posh hotel near me. The two familes were from different areas, so some hate each other (think romeo and juliet)

there was a fight and someone got stabbed quite badly
the family of the guy who got stabbed were from manchester. they went to the local gypo camp to get retribution. As it happened there was a cop car there noting down reg numbers just in case the theiving gypos had nicked ppls cars.
2 coppers then witness the gypo camp being trashed and people being beaten up. the coppers werent harmed and wisely they didnt get out of their car as they were outnumbered.

they called for backup but the gypos left before it arrived.
its a closed community they dont go to the police they sort things out themselves and the police basically let them get on with it as long as they dont harm outsiders or bystanders. there is no point pursuing it as no one would give evidence and any witnesses would be intimidated into silence.

police resources are limited so they focus on things where they can get results. gypos will be watched in case they can be spotted with stolen stuff but thats about it.

The ones around Manchester that I've seen recently all seem to have very official council looking vans and blokes with official looking luminous jackets walking around. Not sure if there's any link between them and the tree's we recently had thrown over from next doors garden after some men offered to cut them down cheap.

It's funny how right the gypsies sound when they put their points forward (only going off the tv programs I've seen which is wrong I know). It's annoying seeing them sat there, obviously up to no good and avoiding tax etc.

Hell i remember this one time, i had recently moved up to secondary school...

We finished about 30mins later than the primary school which is next door, the little kids had all gone home and we were coming out of lessons. We heard this random horse noise and thought it was someone pratting about, carried on walking...

To our disbelief about 5 caravans, 3 horses, endless amounts of dogs chained up had appear all around the primary school and on the play grounds, in less than 30minutes they had over-run a school!

We all had to give it a wide birth, as there was some girl sitting on the wall (she was a pikey girl), shouting "Hello! You Look Realy Sexy!"

Oh how we shuddered for the rest of the week

Just remembered another story!

When i was working at Volkswagen, i remember coming into work one day, rode past all the "Show" cars parked outside the front, parked me bike up and went to my tool box to get ready.

Service manager comes over : "Dave, go outside first of all would you mate, got a car needs sorting out in the sales display".

"Ok" i though, gota fit a set of number plates or floor mats or something, that'll do, i aint woken up yet So i waddle off to the sales people and ask them "what car needs plates", after staring at me in an odd fashion for about 40seconds he realised i was only being sarcastic and walked out the front with me... "Fucking salesmen" i thought.

Then to my amazement, i saw this VW Passatt Esate popping up just above the roofs of the other cars in the line, "Thats odd" i said to the sales bloke, "Bet you parked it up the kerb or something knowing you lot " i said.

His reply? "Shut up Dave, go look at it"

As i got closer, i noticed this car appeared to be hovering, and wobbling in the wind... "Did i drink last night?" i kept thinking to myself...

As i got closer it became more and more aparent...

The fucking gypo's from down the road had come down here last night, and put the fucking estate up on breeze blocks! Blam, £400 worth of alloy wheels + tyres gone...

I go back to the sales dude - "They've blagged your rims mate"
"I know that Dave..."

"Wanna know the good news tho?"

"Whats that?"

" They left you the locking wheel nuts! " Huge ass grin and laughter followed from me at this point, placed the wheel nuts in his hand and walked back to my cup of vimto.

Looking back on it now, that might have been a bit harsh, but still - Fucking Gypo's.

We regularly have a load of Gypo's parking up at the industrial area I work at. If it's not bolted to the floor it goes missing.

Anyway after a week or so they disappeared. I'd say there was at least 20 caravans + vans, horses etc.

The crap they left behind was disgusting. Everywhere they were was a pile of junk/rubbish and whatever else they decided they didn't want.
Oddly though within 2 days the whole area was cleared up by the council I assume.

Now thats seems great that they've actually done this, but I'm paying nearly £1400 a year in council tax and it took them 3 weeks before they could come and take the old bath I took out of my house away, and on top of that we now have wheelie bins which only get emptied every 2 weeks. Should we even consider making more than a wheelie bin full of rubbish in that time and leave an extra black bag at the side of it, it just gets left in the avenue along with everyone else's extra rubbish.

The other half rang them to complain about it and was told that any extra rubbish should be taken to the tip ourselves.
That pissed me off. Rant over.

Oh, it's also going up 5% this year. W****rs. Not sure if that was a scummy gypsy rant or scummy council rant. But I feel a little better.

It does seem like it is the last of the prejudices to be accepted these days and that's because everyone in all areas of the country, rich or poor have been affected by them and know the realistic truth.

They come and park near the sea near where I live ever summer. They leave literally tons of rubbish strewn accross the roads and beach.
They are a travelling crime wave and the only reason they visit the area is to commit burglaries and steal whatever else they can lay thier hands on.
They've also made good business out of intimidating old ladies out of thier money for building work that isn't even started.

The reason they are so hated is because they intentionally outcast themselves from society, don't contribute a penny but instead steal, litter and treat any area they are in with utter contempt. The whole purpose of thier 'way of life' is to make it easier to get away with breaking the law.

If there are any good people among them then they are completely inneffective in improving any one group of them, so therefore 'generally' it is safe to say that they are a pack of cunts.

A couple of years ago, a load of dirty pikeys moved their caravans onto Romsey Football Pitch and they stayed there for a good couple of weeks.

When they had finally f**ked off, the pitch was ruined. Piles of rubbish everywhere, a black scorch mark on the halfway line where they had their fire and they had just dumped piles of concrete and rubble all over the pitch.

I have never met one who is not a thieving bastard and they do stink of shit.

right in the middle of the city years ago where i live in northern ireland the cousel build the scum pikeys as you call them a camp site of which they distroyed and wreaked havoc in this place! they escape here over the border into NI so we can do nothing about them but the dole seems to give them enough. they where even sent to my school! which they wreaked also.

now the councel thought it would be bright to put them all in councel houses in estates with the rest of us now in them estates crime has risen houses are dialect as people wont move beside them and they are making peoples lives hell. thank god i dont live in one of them estates but i know plenty that do. i have no idea whos bright idea that was to move them there instead of kicking them out as they have cause nothing but trouble for years in this country.

the ones that did get kicked out by the public probably literally have more likely landed over with you in england and carry very heavy practically not able to understand irish accents.

I have a warm a glowing memory of “Picky Scum” as you call them.

I was working on a large building project when about 20 caravans broke down the gate to a local park and set up camp on the kiddie’s playground.

Over the next 5 days we watched as police and council men turned up day after day and did fuck all as the playground a was systematically destroyed and the work site was pilfered from night after night.


Well it was late Saturday afternoon and I was about one last people left on site and up on the roof finishing up for the day when we heard the large road roller starts up.

Thinking this was odd I when to the edge and saw a bunch of kids riding about on it.

But it was only when the police turned up the fun started as soon as they heard the police cars they all ran off but left the roller running.

Now I like to think it was local kids with a some civic pride that where “joy riding” on the roller but even if it was the pikey,s the results where the same as the roller flattened the fence between the site and the park and just kept on rolling over and through 3 of the caravans and only coming to a stop when it rammed a pikys van into a 4th caravan and finally staled.

Sadly there was no one hurt well other than me almost falling of the roof when the laughter overcame me.

Still gives me a nice warm feeling when I think back to that sunny day.
