From that picture it seems they dont give you the levers too, and the footrests look like they need rubber.

Apparently they are worth 300 ish quid... but i cant see how.

all rearsets do is move the position of the footrests further up or back or both giving increased ground clearance or a more comfortable riding position.

Finer control, 'improved' looks (or just bling), better ground clearence, more adjustability.

I'm still undecided whether or not to get some Harris 'sets - do they have to come with carbon heelplates (wouldn't match y'see).

Their not supposed to have rubbers on them. One of their main advantages is the amount of 'feel' you get through them, which appears to be important to some people. Rubbers will detract from the extra feel the rearsets give.
