Chassis/VIN numbers

Hi

Just bought a Peugeot Speedfight for my son but I need to find the chassis/vin number to apply for a logbook.
Can someone point out where it is located on the machine.

On most bikes it is stamped onto the frame or a plate on the headstock (where the steering passes through the frame).

Not entirely sure if this is the case with a scooter though.
