Yeh with LED's that swish and computer processing that crisp they aint gonna be cheap.

Just to right 'hey mom' or have mickey mouse...

But i could see em maybe being cool at drag races or general company vehicles.

Not to mention unmarked cars. Since they tend not to have bright light boards its hard to see em from the side.

Blue flashing wheels would wake you up.

Neons would set those wheels off nicely though. *chav mode i know*
